State Flour Bakery is an independently owned bakery located in Tampa, Florida. All products are made in small batches, handcrafted daily, and subject to limited availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.
Online Ordering
Orders placed through our website, Clover, or any affiliated platforms are subject to confirmation and availability.

Orders are non-transferable and non-refundable once placed.
Pickup Orders: All online orders must be picked up within the designated pickup window. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that your items will be available after end of day operating hours.
Failure to pick up an order within the window will be considered a forfeited purchase.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by our checkout platform. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours at chefalex@stateflourbakery.com with your order number and details. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
For third-party orders (such as Uber Eats), please contact the respective platform directly.
Allergens & Product Information
While we take great care in handling food safely, please note that all products are made in a facility that uses wheat, nuts, dairy, and other allergens. Guests with allergies should notify our staff prior to ordering. State Flour Bakery is not liable for allergic reactions caused by cross-contamination or undisclosed sensitivities.

Return and Refund Policy

At State Flour Bakery, every item is handcrafted in small batches with care and precision. Because our products are perishable and made fresh daily, all sales are final once they leave our bakery.

That said, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work. If there is ever an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, a missing product, or something that doesn’t meet our standards — please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can make it right.

To report an issue, email us at chefalex@stateflourbakery.com , a brief description of the problem, and photos if applicable. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

Online orders must be picked up within the designated pickup window. We cannot guarantee that your items will be available later in the day or the following morning.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or orders not picked up during the scheduled window.
For third-party delivery services such as Uber Eats, please reach out directly through their support channels for assistance.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
